  Obituary: Glynn H. Hamblen, 78, widower of Mary R. Hamblen, died Thursday, May 4, 1995, at a local nursing center. Born in Zephyr, Texas, he was a son of the late Henry Joe and Pearl Courtright Hamblen. Mr. Hamblen was a retired Air Force master sergeant and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include a stepson, Roger W. Roy of Novato, Calif., and a step-granddaughter, Shannon Roy of Novato, Calif. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Bobby Richardson officiating. Elmore-Hill-McCreight Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
