  Obituary: Derek Zachry, 40, of Burkeville, Texas passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday,April 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of God in Burkeville with interment at the Burkeville Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Church of God. The family will greet friends on Thursday evening April 28th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shultz Funeral Home. A native of Ruston, Louisiana, he was born on December 31, 1975 to Al Zachry & Donna Robinson, he was a long-time resident of Burkeville, but had lived in Jasper and Evadale. He is preceded in death by his brother Troy Zachry. He is survived by his father Al Zachry of Burkeville; mother Donna Robinson of Jasper; sons Brayden Zachry of Evans, Louisiana; daughters Baylee Zachry of Evans, Louisiana; sisters Terri Zachry of Carollton, Holly & husband Monte Smith of Jasper and Heather Zachry of Plano.
