    Janet Ruth LeBleu, 79, of lake Charles, LA died in a local hospital Tuesday, November 3, 2015.

    Janet was born on June 25, 1936 in Ponca City, OK to Victor and Elsie Hellman. She was very passionate about her family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking and playing computer games.

    She is survived by three children, Michael Eugene LeBleu of Lake Charles, LA, Paul Randall LeBleu and wife Mona of Scott County, AR, and Lisa Darnell LeBleu Abbott of Lake Charles, LA; four grandchildren, Janelle, Ashley, Michael, and Paul; six great grandchildren; and one great grand puppy.

    A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church. Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM until time of service Saturday 7, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Miller will officiate.

    Funeral services for Joseph M. LeBleu, 71, of 4007 Brentwood Lane will be at 10 a.m Monday, Aug. 11. from St. Margaret Catholic Church.

    Rev. Jeff DeBlanc will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens under direction of Johnson Funeral Home

    A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today, Aug. 10, in the funeral home.

    Mr. LeBleu died at 10:50; a.m. Saturday in a local hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles, he owned and operated LeBleu Grocery and Restaurant for 41 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church.

    Survivors include his wife, Mrs Lorena Veronie LeBleu; four sons, Eugene LeBleu of Campti, Clarence LeBert, Elton LeBert, and Donald Ray LeBleu, all of Lake Charles; three daughters, Mrs. Georgia Aucoin, Mrs. Dorothy Lee McComb, and Mrs. Jo Ann Joubert; one brother, Fremont LeBleu; and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Hebert, all of Lake Charles; 32 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

    Mr. LeBleu died at 5:10 a.m. Sunday, July 14, 1991 in a local hospital.

    A native of Big Lake, he had lived in Lake Charles 40 years.

    Survivors are one son, Joe Eugene LeBleu of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Aucoin and Mrs. Dorothy Lea McComb, both of Lake Charles, 17 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

    Hold Rites for Arsan LeBleu

    Funeral services for Arsan LeBleu, 71, of 1016 Alamo street were set for 2 p.m. today at St. Margaret's Catholic church with the Rev. George A. Bodin, pastor, officiating.

    Burial will be in Sallier cemetery. The cortege will leave the Hixson funeral home at 1:45 p.m. to go to the church.

    A retired farmer, Mr. LeBleu died at 4:40 a.m. Sunday at his residence after an illness of about one year.

    He was born here June 11, 1881, and had lived in Lake Charles off his life. He had retired from farming about six years ago.

    Mr. LeBleu is survived by three sons, Joseph, Arsan, Jr., and Fremont E. LeBleu, all of Lake Charles; one daughter, Mrs. E. D. Hebert of Lake Charles; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Volsan LeBleu of Lake Charles.

    Mrs. Madora LeBleu Dies in Hospital

    Mrs. Madora LeBleu, 67, of Black Bayou community, died at 2:45 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's hospital.

    The funeral will leave from the home 10 miles south of Lake Charles at 2:30 p.m. Saturday for services at St. Margaret's Church in Hi-Mount at 3 p.m. The Rev. George A. Bodin, pastor, will officiate. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Hixon funeral home.

    Mrs. LeBleu is survived by her husband, Arsan LeBleu; three sons, J.M., Arsan, Jr., and Fremont LeBleu, all of Lake Charles; a daughter, Mrs. Bertha Hebert of Lake Charles; 10 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Amelia LeDoux, Mrs. Lucy Ogea, and Mrs. Geneva Andrus, all of Lake Charles; three brothers, Simion, Fremont and Preston LeBleu; her mother, Mrs. Palmer LeBleu of Lake Charles.

    Pallbearers will be the three sons and three brothers.
