    Mr. Richard John Clements, Jr. "Skip," a resident of Eclectic,age 58, passed away July 17, 2011. He was born August 3, 1952.

    Funeral services will be Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

    He is survived by a son, Trey Clements (Julie); daughter, Courtney Clements Sanders (Wes); mom, Sandra Richmond; sisters, Susie Sadler, Vicky Propst, Shelley Brown and Jamie Graffagnini; brother, Scott Clements; grandchildren, Cooper Sanders and Bryson Clements; and several nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be Thursday, July 21, 2011 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

    SHREVEPORT - Services for Mr. Richard J. "Dick" Clements, 57, the former president of Clements Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., of Shreveport, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday Feb. 13 at Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. The Very Reverend David J. Greer, rector, and the Reverend James D. Ellisor, associate rector, of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, will officiate. Burial: Forest Park Cemetery.

    Mr. Clements, a resident of Shreveport since 1959, died Wednesday Feb. 11, 1987, in Shreveport after a brief illness. He was born in Eunice, La. and was a former resident of Lake Charles, La. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Other memberships include the Shreveport Automobile Dealers Association, National Automobile Dealers Association, past chairman of the Lincoln-Mercury Dealer Advertising, Lincoln Mercury National Dealer Council, Ducks Unlimited of Louisiana and East Ridge County Club.

    He is survived by his wife, Mr. Sandra McCracken Clements, two sons, Richard J. "Skip" Clements, Jr. and Michael Scott Clements, of Shreveport; four daughters, Vicky Clements LaRocca, Susan Clements Gary and Jamie Clements, of Lake Charles, La., Shelley Clements Bolin of Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Thea Clements Boyett, and one brother, Mr. Theo B. Clements, of Lake Charles; seven grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

    Pallbearers will be Dr. John L. Leopard III, Stephen G. Roberts, Jance P. Knott, Jackie T. Fair, Harry D. Simmons, David Klotz, D.A. Kelly, Jr. and Earl M. Harter, Jr.

    Memorials may be made to the Holy Angels School in Shreveport.

    Funeral services for Jean Fletcher, 71, will be at 3:30 p.m. today, April 3, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation is from 8 a.m. Mrs. Fletcher died at 8 a.m. Sunday, April 1, 2001, in her residence. A native of Port Arthur, Texas, she lived most of her life in Lake Charles. She worked for Sam's Club for many years. She was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. Survivors include three daughters, Vickie Propst of Lake Charles, Jamie Graffagine of Valpariso, Ill., and Susan Sadler of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one son, Richard Clements of Dothan, Ala.; her stepfather, A.J. Mire of Lake Charles; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

    LAKE CHARLES - B.B. Clements, 72, died Tuesday morning in a hospital here.

    Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home.

    Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ted Boyett of Lake Charles; two sons, Theo Clements III of Lake Charles and Richard Clements of Shreveport; one brother, Elphie Clements of Rayne; two sisters, Mrs. Leland L. Clark of Lake Charles and Mrs. Morris Henry of New Iberia; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

    Mr. Clements was a retired restaurant operator.
