    Daughter of Vernon T. McDermott and Mildred Ruth Crow. Two living sisters, Paula J. Turnbow, Pasco; Pamela J. Petersen, Kennewick, WA. Brother, Charles T. September 13, 1947, Pasco, deceased September 24, 1989, Pasco; 2 stepdaughters, Teresa L. Orr and Rebecca A. Orr; three children, Michael B. Orr, deceased, Dawn R. Orr, Richland, Chelsea H. Orr son Kennewick.

    All friends and family are welcome to attend her memorial Sat, March 20, 2010, at the home of Alberta Orr at 210404 East Perkins Road, Finley, Kennewick, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Vernon Thomas McDermott Jr., 60, Pasco, died Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

    He was born in Laverne, Okla., came to Washington in 1935 and graduated from Prosser High School.

    He farmed in Finley until 1947 when he was employed by Rockwell as a bus driver.

    He was a member of the Moose Lodge of West Richland and Teamsters Local of Pasco.

    His parents and a sister died previously.

    Survivors include daughters Paula Turnbow, Pam Peterson, Patti Orr, Judy Nicholson all of Kennewick; son Tim McDermott, Pasco; brother Gary McDermott, Spokane; and 11 grandchildren.

    Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Riverview Heights Cemetery, Kennewick, under the direction of Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco.

    Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

    Mildred Ruth Pastore-Rose, 58, of Richland, died Friday, October 21, 1988 at her home. She was born on Decmeber 2, 1929.

    Mildred had attended schools in both Oklahoma and Pasco. Following her school years, she worked in computer sciences with North American in California, and later with Washington Public Power Supply System in the Hanford area. Mildred was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and the Ladies of the Moose Lodge #482 both of Pasco. She also liked to play bingo, do ceramics, and crocheting.

    Survivors include daughters, Paula Turnbow, Pam Peteson, and Patti Orr all of Kennewick; son, Tim McDermot of Pasco; sisters, Madge Turner of Torrance, CA, Joanne Madden of Julian, CA, Helen Dorrego of Pasco, Glenda Reigh of Ardmore, Oklahoma; brothers, Don Crow of Kennewick, Charles Crow of Burbank, Toss Crow of Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her sister, Theada of Oklahoma, and a grandson, Michael Orr of Finley.

    Services will be held Thursday, October 28, 1988 at 1:00 p.m. at Columbia Memorial Gardens, Pasco with burial to follow. Visitations will be Tuesday from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco.

    He was born in Belton, Tex., and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 1943.

    He was a retired steamfitter, a member of the Pasco Masonic Lodge 173 F and AM, member of Eagles Lodge No. 2241 of Pasco.

    Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Bruce Lee Memorial chapel with the Rev. William Jones officiating. Burial will be at Columbia Memorial Gardens.

    PASCO, Wash. -- Mrs. Charles (Maggie Evelyn) Crow, 61, a resident of this area since 1946, died at the home of her son, Donald Crow, here yesterday.

    She was born in Lebanon, Okla. Mrs. Crow was a member of the Golden Rule Rebekah Lodge and was affiliated with the Pasco Church of Christ.
