    Paul F. Kysor, Jr., of Chillicothe, died 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, in the Chillicothe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. He was born April 22, 1927, in Chillicothe, to the late Paul F., Sr. and Mildred Butts Kysor. On November 2, 1985, he married the former Othel Preston Fouts, who survives.

    Also surviving are children, Cheryl (Steve) Franks, of Rockville, TN and James Kysor and special friend, Debbie, both of Washington C.H., OH; stepdaughters, Mary (Dennis) Cable, of New Philadelphia, OH, Christine (Terry) Woodgeard, of Jackson, OH, Tina Jackson, of Lancaster, OH and Lydia Rachel (John) Ross, of Ray,OH; stepsons, Arkus (Debbie) Fouts, of Van Lear KY and Ernest (Evelyn) Fouts, of Bertha MN; 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-great grandchildren; a sister, Donna Adams, of Circleville; and a daughter-in-law, Marsha Kysor Mitchell, of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by his first wife, Peggy Jones Kysor; and a son Dennis Kysor.

    Paul was a member of the Adena Church of Christ. He retired from the Mead Corp. and was a Hamm Radio Operator.

    Services were entrusted to Ware Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.

    Paul married Barbara Peggy Jones 25 Feb 1950, Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio, USA. Barbara (daughter of Homer C. Jones and Naomi C.     Naomi C. Andra, 69, of 146 Seventh St., died 1 a.m. October 29 in University Hospital, Columbus, after an extended illness.

    She was born October 29, 1913, in Clarkton, MO to George H. and Mabel Kramer Crow. She was the widow of Fred E. Andra.

    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Peggy) Kysor, Chillicothe; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

    Mrs. Andra, a retired employee of U.S. Shoe Corporation, was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church and a member of VFW and American Legion Auxiliaries.

    Her funeral will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Fawcett, Oliver and Glass Funeral Home with the Rev. William Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
