    Roger Lee Gray, 67, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2020 after a valiant battle with multiple myeloma. He was born on June 27, 1953 in Tallahassee, Florida to Thomas and Annie Gray. He was a lifelong resident of Tallahassee. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Douglas Gray and a sister Arline Traylor.

    Roger was an avid fisherman, loved camping with friends and always had an open door to friends and family. He enjoyed a long career in the construction industry and was widely known as a master carpenter. In his 20s,Roger became a weightlifting enthusiast, which continued until he became ill. Roger also enjoyed hot rod cars and motorcycles and rode with the Low Twelve Riders. Salomon Guard Chapter motorcycle club for many years. Roger was a member of the Jackson Lodge No. 1, F. & A. M. Masonic Lodge. His smile and laugh was contagious so he made friends wherever he went.

    Roger is survived by the love of his life Sandra Gray, step-sons Christopher Mazzella (Liz) and Bradley Mazzella (Kim) and four grandsons. He also leaves behind a brother, Clarence Gray (Brenda) and sisters Lavonia Reeves (Asa), Shelvie Mears, and Katherine Taylor ( Rev. Richard Taylor) as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Roger's memory will also be cherished by many close friends who were family by heart.
