    Obituary:

    CROSBY, TEXAS - Services for Mr. Richard Glenn Willis, 29, of Crosby, Texas, will be held Monday, Dec 12, at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Berchmans Co-Cathedral. Father Terry Allen, pastor of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ferriday, La., and Father Thomas E. Barberito S.J., pastor of St. John Berchmans Co-Cathedral, will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Park West Cemetery under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Marshall Street Chapel.

    A prayer service was held at 7 p.m., Sunday in Rose-Neath Funeral Home's Marshall Street Chapel.

    Mr. Willis, a native of Shreveport, died Dec. 7, 1983, in M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas following a lengthy illness. He had been a resident of Crosby for five years. He was a salesman for Bingham Williamette Pump Co. He was also a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crosby.

    He was survived by his wife, Vicki Hermes Willis of Crosby; his parents, Max and Donna Willis of Haynesville, La.; one son, Chris Willis of Crosby; his grandmothers, Marion Fain and Mary Willis, both of Shreveport; two brothers, Ron Willis of Haughton and Pat Willis of Haynesville.

    Pallbearers will be Jack Sanders, Randy Garner, Rufus Youngblood, Lynn Charlton, Charles McCormick, Eddie Stevenson, George Batchelor, and Phil Wright.
