    Ezra Killmer

    JENNINGS - Funeral services for Ezra "Ed" Killmer, 67, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, in the First Pentecostal Church.

    The Rev. T.G. Alexander, pastor, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. D.R. Snider, pastor of the Bluff Pentecostal Church in Evangeline.

    Burial will be in the Maxie Cemetery near Iota under direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

    Mr. Killmer died at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday in the Jennings American Legion Hospital.

    A native of Crowley, he was a resident of Jennings for 47 years, and was retired as a mechanic for Superior Oil Co. with 26 years of service.

    Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Fairbanks of Jennings, Mrs. Alma Earl of Lake Arthur, and Mrs. Dorothy Young of Vivian and two brothers, George and Emory Killmer, both of Jennings.
