Mr. Clet LeBlanc, Jr., aged 46 years, died at his home in Lafayette last Wednesday night after a long illness. His remains were interred in the cemetery at Broussard the following day.

Mr. LeBlanc was a resident of the fourth ward up to a few months ago when he moved to Lafayette with his family. He was an honest man, a good friend and a father and husband who was devoted to his family. Though it was perhaps in the humbler walks of life his influence was always exerted for the good and against the bad.
