    Deward Edward Thomas, 63, died Friday in a Wichita Falls Hospital.

    Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Owens & Brumley Funeral Home, with the Rev. E. B. Compton, Presbyterian minister, officiating. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Park.

    He was born September 24, 1917 and was a resident of Wichita Falls for 60 years. He was a member of Pipeliner's Local No. 796.

    Survivors include his wife, Peggy, a son, Paul of Astoria, Ore., two daughters, Mrs. Doris T. York of Kirkland, Wash., and Mrs. Anita J. Thomas-Jernigan of Oklahoma City, his mother Jessie M. Thomas of Wichita Falls, two brothers, David R. of Texarkana, Texas and Joseph R. of Paducah, Texas, four grandchildren, two step grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.

    NATIVE WICHITAN DIES HERE AT 32

    Mrs. Katherine Marie Thomas, 32, a native of Wichita Falls, died Friday in a Wichita Falls hospital.

    Mrs. Thomas was born here June 8, 1920. Her residence was at 3010 Lawrence Road.

    Survivors include her husband, Deward Thomas; two daughters, Miss Doris Thomas and Miss Anita Thomas; one son, Paul D. Thomas; her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Leonard; stepfather, E.P. Leonard, all of Wichita Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Frances Dom, Chicago.

    Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.

    Mrs. Leonard's Services Monday

    Services for Mrs. Myrtle Leonard, 69, who died Wednesday in a Wichita Falls hospital will be at 10 a.m. Monday from Christ United Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Herman Roles, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park under direction of Owens-Brumley Funeral Home.

    Pallbearers will include Riley Wilson, Robert White, Byron Simmons, Leroy King, R. C. Phillips and Bill Long.

    Mrs. Leonard, who lived at 3014 Colquitt, is survived by a daughter, a brother, four sisters, and three grandchildren.

    Services for Mrs. Myrtle Leonard, 69, of 3014 Colquitt, who died Wednesday in a Wichita Falls Hospital will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Christ United Presbyterian Church.

    The Rev. Herman Boles, pastor, will officiate with burial in Crestview Memorial Park, under direction of Owens-Brumley Funeral Home.

    Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frances Mayberry, Santa Monica, Calif.; a brother, J. B. McIntyre of Fort Worth; four sisters, Mrs. Vera Rogers of Wichita Falls, Mrs. Virginia Blaskowski of Weslaco, Tex., Mrs. Velma Hackworth of San Gabriel, Calif., and Mrs. Bessie Holstein of Texarkana, Ark., and three grandchildren.
