    Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Ann Western, 62, of St. Peters, MO, and formerly of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, May 22, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery in the New Salem community of Jackson County, TN.

    The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 Noon - 9 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services.

    Mrs. Western passed away on Monday, May 18, 2009, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

    She was born October 3, 1946, in Piggott, AR, to Ila "Marie" Gower Crow and the late William "Archie" Crow. On December 14, 1963, she was married to the late Jimmie D. Western, Sr., who passed away December 12, 1995. She was a homemaker and beloved mother, and a member of the O'Fallon Church of Christ in O'Fallon, MO.

    In addition to her husband and father, she was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Barbara Sue Kesler.

    Survivors include 3 Sons: Jimmie D. Western, Jr. of Ferndale, MI, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Western of St. Peters, MO, and John Mark Western of Baxter, TN; 2 Daughters: Jodie (Jeremy) Belk of Monterey, TN, and Julie Ann (Mel) Balmer of Raeford, NC; her Mother: Ila "Marie" Gower Crow of Sterling Heights, MI; 12 Grandchildren: Whitney, Evan, Marissa, Emily, and Jayden Western, Joshua, Jessica, Lee, and Faith Ann Balmer, Hannah Belk, Michael Western, and Ian Western; 1 Sister: Dorothy (Jim) Warren of Troy, MI; and 2 Brothers-in Law: Garry (Martha) Western of Rickman, TN, and Aubrey Kesler of Sterling Heights, MI.

    Bro. Kevin White will officiate at the services.

    William Archie Crow of Sterling Heights, Mich., died Nov. 13, 1989, at the age of 76 years.

    He was born Aug. 21, 1913, at Piggott and grew up with the Gibson family.

    He was united in marriage to Marie Gower. To this union three daughters were born. He raised his family in Michigan.

    He was a took machine operator.

    He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marie Crow of Sterling Heights, Mich.; three daughters Barbara Kesler, Dorothy Warren and Jody Western; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother Donald Crow and sister-in-law Wanda Crow of Piggott; and 11 cousins of the Neely and Gibson families and many friends.

    Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at the Thornton Street Church of Christ with Bro. Jim Warren officiating.

    Burial was in the Piggott Cemetery with Piggott Mortuary in charge of arrangements.

    Pallbearers were Aubrey Kesley, Joey Kesler, Jim Warren, Jimmy Western, Jeffrey Western, and Willard Neeley.

    CROW, ILA MARIE (GOWER), age 91, died July 8, 2009 in Sterling Heights, where she lived for 21 years and was formerly of Warren for 30 years. Beloved wife of the late William A. Crow (1989), whom she wed in Piggott, Arkansas on June 16, 1937. Loving mother of Dorothy Warren (James A.) of Troy and the late Barbara Sue Kesler and the late Judy Ann Western. 12 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Johnnie King (Bill) of Lexington, Kentucky. Ila Marie was born August 16, 1917 in Piggott, Arkansas to the late Harvey Gower and the late Grace Truman (Warren) Gower.     PIGGOTT - Ila Marie Crow, 91, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at Sterling Heights, Mich.

    She was the wife of the late William A. Crow and the daughter of the late Harvey Gower and Grace Truman Warren Gower.

    She was the mother of Dorothy Warren of Troy, Mich., and the late Barbara S. Kesler and Judy A. Western.

    Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Irby Funeral Home Chapel at Piggott. Interment will follow in Piggott Cemetery.
