    Robert "Bob" Edwin Reedy, 77, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in Arlington.

    Service: A private service will be held later in Greenwood Mausoleum in Fort Worth.

    Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Stephen Presbyterian Church's Special Music Fund, 2700 McPherson Ave., Fort Worth 76109.

    He was born March 23, 1931, in Graham to Monta Edwin Reedy and Carrie Lynn Boynton Reedy. He graduated from Graham High School, served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and earned his B.A. degree from University of North Texas in 1956.

    He held communications and financial positions at various companies, including Magnolia Oil, CORE Labs and Medical Computer Systems Inc. He was a former member of First Christian Church, Arlington.

    He was an avid golfer and loved to camp and fish in the mountains around Taos, N.M., where he lived for the last 18 years and worked at Taos Inn and Kachina Lodge. He was a kind, gentle and compassionate man who will be greatly missed.

    Survivors: Brother, Thomas H. Reedy and wife, Virginia of Argyle; sister, Doris Chance of Flower Mound; son, Dr. Robert L. Reedy and wife, Kim; grandchildren, Nicholas and Emily Reedy of Comanche; daughter, Reah Suzanne Reedy; former wife, Nancy Reedy Leary of Arlington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

    ARLINGTON - Reah Leola Fletcher, a retired public speaker, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004, three months shy of her 100th birthday.

    She was a past member of the Arlington Story League and the Arlington Woman's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Eric L. Fletcher, son of Leta and Sam H. Fletcher.

    Survivors: Daughter, Nancy Reedy Leary of Arlington; son, Eric L. Fletcher II of Grants Pass, Ore.; grandchildren, Reah Suzanne Reedy of Arlington, Robert L.
