  Obituary: Services for Gracy Patterson Erath, 84, of Lubbock, formerly of Spur, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday April 6, 2002 at Hwy 70 Church of Christ with Ernie Bishop officiating. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur. She died Wednesday, April 3, 2002 in Lubbock. She was born Dec. 11, 1917 in Jayton to Henry and Nora Harrison Patterson. She married George Erath on March 9, 1938, in Spur. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1994. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a homemaker and a member of Highway 70 Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by one daughter Jessie "Bitsy," Erath in 1994. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Jackson of Lubbock; a brother, Jerry Patterson of Denver City; one sister, Clydie Boydstun of Ceres, Calif.; two grandchildren, Shari Murchison and Denise Schilling; and four great-grandchildren, Jesica Murchison, Magen Murchison, Shelby Schilling and Amy Schilling.
