  Obituary: Linda Erath Jackson of Lubbock passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the age of 73. She was born December 28, 1938 in Spur, TX to George and Gracie Erath. Linda graduated from Spur High School in 1957 and worked as a secretary until retiring in 1988. She was affiliated with Steel Hill Church of Christ. Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Shari Murchison of Lubbock and Denise Schilling and husband Lee of Panhandle; four grandchildren, Jesica and Magen Murchison and Shelby and Amy Schilling; and one great-grandchild, Davin Thorpe. Linda was preceded in death by her father, George, in 1994; mother, Gracie in 2002; and sister, Bitsy Erath in 1994. No services are scheduled at this time.
