  Obituary: Mabel Gertrude Hatfield, 77, of Port Arthur died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital after an illness. She was a lifelong Port Arthur resident and retired as a nurse. Graveside services were at 4 p.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home in Port Arthur. Survivors include one daughter, Judy DeSha of Beaumont; one sister, Lily Schotts of Galveston; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. (Published in The Port Arthur News on April 15, 1990)
