Services for Joseph L. Hutto, 48, were held at the First Baptist Church in Olney with Rev. W.H. Townsend officiating.
Former residents of Olney, the Hutto family moved to DeQueen, Arkansas in 1940. He was engaged there in real estate and a trading post business.
A veteran of World War I, he was a member of the Baptist church.
Survived by his wife; one son - J.L. Hutto, Jr; one daughter - Mrs. Pauline Chapman; one step-daughter - Mrs. Mary McCuistion; his mother - Mrs. C.N. Hutto; five sisters; two brothers; six grandchildren.
