LAKE WORTH - Jeremy Michael Gallagher, 28, a lifelong area resident, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010.
SERVICE: 10 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: churchyard of St. John's Episcopal Church. Visitation: after 10 a.m. Thursday; the family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m.
Jeremy attended Lake Worth schools and Tarrant County College. He was a self employed automobile and motorcycle mechanic.
Jeremy stood 6-4 and was a gentle giant. His grandmother described him as a big teddy bear. He loved fast cars, loud music and family barbecues. He was a jungle gym for his nephews and nieces and would give you the shirt off his back. "Worm" loved his brothers, "one for all and all for one," his family and his friends, and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Kerry G. and Danny M. Gallager; brothers, Jason Gallagher and wife, Christina, and Joshua Gallagher; grandmothers, Marjorie Burton and Syble Crowe; uncles, Glenn Martin, Andrew Martin, Gregory Martin, Leonard Gallagher and Alvin Meyers; aunts, Paula Meyers and Amy White; niece, Madison Gallagher; nephews, Sean Strickland and Jeston, Jayden and Calvin Gallagher; first cousin, Bryson Martin; and a large extended family.
