  Born Loye Jane Bricker, daughter of Claude Floice Bricker and Hazel Doris Waters. Adopted by Hazel's second husband, John Charles Watson. Obituary: Loye Jane Winders, age 76, of Cicero, IN passed away October 24, 2016 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born January 14, 1940 in Doddridge, Arkansas to John Charles and Hazel Doris (Waters) Watson. She moved to Indiana in 1945. She is a graduate of Westfield High School with the Class of 1958. Early years found her working at G.C. Murphy at Glendale. Loye married Russell Thomas Winders on November 7, 1959 and soon became and loved her role as full time homemaker. She was a charter member of Aromeg Extension Homemakers Club. Surviving her is her husband, Russell, daughters: Jewell A. Crawford of Cicero, IN and Jennifer M. Clanin of Cicero, IN, brothers: Charles David (Carolyn) Watson of Zionsville, IN, James Edward (Barbara) Watson of Fountaintown, IN, and John Charles (Char) Watson of Indianapolis, IN., six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Her family noted that she loved her family unconditionally, especially the grand and great-grandchildren. Her parents and a grandson, Christopher D. Estep preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 28, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN with Pastor Neal Brown officiating. Burial will follow at the Cicero Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 prior to the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
