Notes - Obituary:
Ervin V. LeBleu, 89, died Saturday, May 22, 2004, in his residence.
A lifelong resident of Lake Charles he was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Mr. LeBleu was a World War II veteran with several service medals, including the Purple Heart. He was an active member of American Legion Post 17 and VFW Post 2130.
His funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, May 24, at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Deacon George Carr will officiate. A committal service will follow in LeBleu Cemetery. Visitation will be held today from 9 a.m. until the service, with a rosary at 1 p.m. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.mem.com.
