Notes - Obituary:
David Hebert, 85, died at 11:46 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2003, in a local hospital.
Mr. Hebert was a native and life resident of Lake Charles. He was a carpenter at Cities Service and was a member of Carpenter's Local 953. Mr. Hebert served his country in the Air Force during World War II.
Mr. Hebert is survived by his daughters, Carol Hedrick and her husband, Hancel, and Judy Greathouse and her husband, Carroll, all of Lake Charles; a son, Robert Hebert and his wife, Kim, of Lake Charles; a brother, Herman Hebert of Lake Charles; and sisters, Ruby Hagen of Ragley and Frankie Moreau of Lake Charles. Mr. Hebert was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Richard Hebert, and a sister, Nora Smith.
His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Marcus Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, and from 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
