    • Obituary:

      Funeral services for Mrs. Lilly H. Martin, 80, will be held at 2 p.m. today, March 9, 2004, at Christ the King Catholic Church with Carson LaCaze and Father Derrick Pawlowski officiating. Burial will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park under the direction of Hill Crest Funeral Home in Haughton.

      Mrs. Martin passed away Saturday, March 6, at Christus Schumpert Grace Home in Shreveport after a battle with cancer. She was a homemaker, a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Gold Wives.

      She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Martin; parents, Henry and Clemie Holleman; and two brothers, George Holleman and Edward Holleman.

      She is survived by her four children, William S. "Bill" Martin Jr. of Bossier City, Henry N. Martin and wife Renee of New Orleans, Lilly "Kay" Watts and husband Michael of Heflin, and Clemy L. Moore and husband Todd of Bossier City; one sister, Kathryn Johnson of New Iberia; grandchildren, Myles Martin, Jenna Martin, Brandon Moore, Mikey Watts, Martin Watts, Lilly R. James; and one great-granddaughter, Dannielle R. James.

      Pallbearers will be William S. "Bill" Martin Jr., Michael Watts, Mikey Watts, Martin Watts, Todd Moore and John Gardner.

      In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Christus Schumpert Cancer Center or Christ the King Catholic Church.
