  Obituary: Leanner Curd NAVASOTA - Funeral services for Leanner Curd, 91, of Millican will be today at 3 p.m. at the Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Navasota. Mrs. Curd died early Tuesday morning in a Navasota funeral home. A resident of Millican for a number of years, Mrs. Curd was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband and by a daughter, Doyas Odell Dickschat. Survivors include three sons, Emmitt Edward Brisbon of Phoenix, Ariz., Leon Brisbon of Red Oak, and Johnny Bob Brisbon of Argyle; two daughters Billie Ripkoski and her husband, Joe T. Ripkoski of Washington, and Hattie Walker and her husband Bob Walker of Millican; a sister, Mattie Rosprin of College Station; a son-in-law, Walter Dickshat of Navasota; 15 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
