Rev. M. Ralph Weedon, 67, Hudson, Ohio
The Rev. M. Ralph Weedon, 67, a minister of the Presbyterian Church, died of cancer Wednesday, May 11, 1994, at The Crown Center, Laurel Lake, Hudson, Ohio.
He was born in Brazos County, Texas, to I. Milton and Ruby (Cargill) Weedon.
Surviving are his wife, the former Radine E. Brenton; a daughter, Sharon Streiff of Hudson; a son, Syd Weedon of Louisville, Ky.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, H. Douglas Weedon.
Rev. Weedon was a Navy veteran of World War II. He graduated from the Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, Texas, and had served in Louisiana, Kentucky, and Texas. He retired in 1990.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Hudson Presbyterian Church, Hudson. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Shiloh Meeting House near Jasper, followed by burial in Shiloh Cemetery.
Local arrangements are being made by the Becher and Kluesner Funeral Home in Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund in Rev. Weedon's honor at the Hudson Presbyterian Church.
