  Obituary: Mrs. Annie Frances Ross November 25, 1947 - October 25, 2019 Mrs. Annie Frances (Bounds) Ross, 71, of Anderson passed away Friday, October 25th at CHI St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 5:00 - 7:00pm, Monday, October 28th at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A celebration of her life will be at 10:00am, Tuesday, October 29th at Nobles Funeral Chapel with interment following in Oakland Cemetery. Rev. C. Macallister "Mac" Vaughn will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel. Ann was born on November 25, 1947 in Navasota, Texas to Norman Albert and Lydia Marcella (Clepper) Bounds. After graduation from Anderson High School, she married Robert Lloyd Ross on September 2, 1966 and together they raised their two children. For many years Ann and Bob operated the Navasota LP Gas Co., Inc. Ann was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing her homemade treats with everyone. She loved hosting her entire extended family for holiday celebrations at her home. Ann also loved following her grandchildren around to varied events serving as their biggest cheerleader. Ann is survived by her husband, Robert Lloyd "Bob" Ross; sons and daughters-in-law Robert Chad and Stacey Lynn (Parker) Ross and Tommy Dwayne and Kimberly Lynn (Becker) Ross; sister Mary Lee Bounds and grandchildren Robert Corey Ross, Taylor Ann Ross and Abigail Lynn Ross. Serving as pallearers are Mike Ross, Jeff Sargent, David Feldman, Scott Briers, Bobby Bounds and Rodney Sechelski. Mrs. Ross was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Marcella Bounds.
