    • Obituary:

Services have been scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, Sept. 14, 2020 in the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Robert Roche and Rev. Leon Stump.

Gregory Paul Alleva was born to Christine Ella Howerton and Nickolino Alleva on May 20, 1946 in Yonkers, New York. He went by Gregory growing up, Greg, as an adult, Gee-Gee boy and Gregordia by his Italian grandmother and Sugarfoot by his mother when very little.

Greg lived in the Bronx until he was 2 when his family moved to Cushing, Oklahoma and then to Pasadena, Texas when he was 10. He lived there until he and Diana married on February 12, 1977. Greg and Diana married in Houston, Texas and honeymooned in Colorado. At that time, they moved to Tulsa and then on to Bixby in 1978.

Greg had as associate degree from San Jacinto College in Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston. He worked a total of 44 years in sales for oil field supply companies. In 1991, Greg and Diane opened their own oil field supply business, G & D Industries.

Greg was very talented as an artist where he did portraits in charcoal and pastels and landscapes with oils and acrylics. He loved to fish and also was an avid deer hunter. Greg was also known to be a comic entertainer.

He leaves behind his wife, Diane, of 43 years, two sons, Robert John Alleva and wife, Carolina of Sherman Oaks, California and Gary Paul Alleva and wife, Lauren of Tulsa, one grandchild, John Paul Alleva and one sister, Janice Bartlett of Moore, Oklahoma.

He will be missed dearly by all that knew him.
