  Death Notice: ABBEVILLE - Weston Romero Jr., died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at a local hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville is in charge of arrangements. (Published in The Lafayette Daily Advertiser on December 12, 2003) Obituary: Weston Romero Jr. ABBEVILLE - Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003, at Vincent Funeral Home for Mr. Weston Romero Jr., 44, who died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at Abbeville General Hospital. The Rev. Jeff Pardue will officiate the services. Survivors include his wife, Karen Gibson Romero, of Meaux; a son, Patrick Wayne Romero, of Meaux; a daughter, Courtney Romero, of Meaux; his parents, Weston Romero Sr. and Carol Mire Romero; and two sisters, Susan Carnes, of Houma, and Margaret Romero, of Denver. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville is in charge of arrangements.
