Wiley is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-four and a half years, Ann Carlisle; son, James Carlisle & wife Tricia; daughter, Pat Carlisle; granddaughter, Tina Carlisle & James Sanders; grandson, Cody Carlisle; great-grandson, Alexander "A.J." Sanders and numerous other extended family and friends.
