      RODOLPH CHAUVIN

      Funeral services for Rodolph E. Chauvin, 59, were at 4 p.m. Aug. 4, in the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Charles.

      The Rev. W.L. McLeod officiated. Burial was in the Prien Lake Cemetery under direction of Hammer Funeral Home.

      He has been a resident of Lake Charles for the past 28 years and is a native of Abbeville. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church and Carpenter Local No. 553.

      He is survived by his wife; one son; one daughter, Mrs. Walter LaFleur of Westlake; two brothers; four sisters; and nine grandchildren.

      Rodolph Edgar Chauvin

      LAKE CHARLES - Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Aug. 4 in First Presbyterian Church for Rodolph Edgar Chauvin, 59, who died at 2 a.m. Aug. 3 in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

      Burial was in Prien Park Cemetery in Lake Charles.

      Survivors include his widow, the former Vernice Hardy; one son, Roy Lee, of Houston; one daughter, Beverly LaFleur of West Lake; two brothers, Randolph Chauvin of Lake Charles and Russell Chauvin of Abbeville; four sisters, Rosalie Montit of Lake Charles, Mrs. Delton Landry of New Iberia, Mrs. Avide Hardy of Kaplan, and Mrs. Preston Bourque of Abbeville, and nine grandchildren.

      Homer Funeral Home of Lake Charles was in charge of arrangements.
