  Obituary: Rita Marie Chauvin December 23, 1939 - August 23, 2009 Rita Marie Chauvin, 69, of Moss Bluff died at 10:45 AM on Sunday, August 23, 2009 in her son and daughter in law, Reath and Theresa's home. Mrs. Chauvin was born in Cameron and had lived in Houston before moving to Lake Charles. She was currently residing at her son and daughter in law's home in Moss Bluff. Mrs. Chauvin was a 1958 graduate of Marion High School. She was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church. She was a very gentle, loving and compassionate mother and friend to all. Survivors include her husband, James Lee LeDoux, Sr. of Moss Bluff; three sons, Rickey Chauvin of Lake Charles, Reath Chauvin and wife Theresa of Moss Bluff, and Rudy Benoit of Lake Charles; one daughter, Rhonda Guidry of Lake Charles; one brother, Clifford Benoit of Lake Charles; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and four nephews. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Misty Guillory. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James Doyle will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary and scripture service being held at 6:00 PM.
