William Dillard "Bill" Scott passed away on March 11, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on February 15, 1961, in Grants, New Mexico, to W.D. and Mary Scott. In 1962, he moved to Texas, where he built a life centered around family, hard work, and a love for the outdoors.
In 2002, Bill married his beloved wife, Claire, and they recently celebrated 34 years together. He was a devoted father to Meredith and Taylor and a cherished grandfather to Braden, Hayden, Mason, and Carter.
Bill, a dedicated mechanic, spent 35 years in the trade before retiring in December 2024.
Bill found joy in exploring the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and rock collecting, with a deep appreciation for Native American history.
