  Obituary: James A. Hicks James A. Hicks, 86, died in a Houston hospital Sunday. He was the father of Mrs. Herbert Jones, 1341 Annapolis Drive, Corpus Chritsi, and Mrs. Otlo Franz of Sinton. Other survivors include two sons, George and Myral Hicks of Skidmore and two other daughers, Mrs. Vesta Miller of Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Ollie Couch of Houston, and a number of grandchildren great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. today at Pat Foley Funeral Home (Published in The Corpus Christi Caller on September 12, 1955)
