HUGO, Okla. - The funeral of Troy L. Ford, who died of a gunshot wound early Tuesday at home near Boswell, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Lampton Funeral Home here, by Raymond West of Jackson Street Church of Christ, with burial in Springs Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Ford, who was born May 15, 1908 in Texas, had lived in Choctaw County since 1917. Three years ago, when he retired as a Frisco Railroad car inspector, he moved from Hugo to a farm in Oak Ridge community, Rt. 1, Boswell.
He leaves his wife, Lola, and two children: Dalton Ford and Mrs. Joanne Moore, Hugo; four grandchildren; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Ford, Rt. 3, Antlers; a sister, Mrs. Opal Billings, Sapulpa, and three brothers, Claude Ford, Horace Ford and J. C. Ford, all living in California.
Relatives are here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Ford, 604 W. Clayton St.
