Anita V. Burris, 70, of Corpus Christi, died Dec. 4, 1987, in a local hospital.
Surviving are her husband, Gene; two daughters, Nita Jean Graham of Mount Dora, Fla., and Lanai June Mac Bush of Corpus Christi; two sons, James Herbert and Eugene Albert Burris Jr.; and a sister, Helen Wesgard, all of Corpus Christi; and seven grandchildren.

Anita V. Burris, 70, of Corpus Christi, Texas, died Friday, December 4, 1987 in a local hospital. Survivors include her husband, Gene A. Burris of Corpus Christi; two daughters, Nita Jean Graham of Mt. Dora, Florida and Lanai June Mac Bush of Corpus Christi; two sons, James Herbert Burris of Corpus Christi and Eugene Albert Burris, Jr. of Corpus Christi; a sister, Helen Wesgard of Corpus Christi; and seven grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 7, 1987 at Seaside Memorial Park with Rev. Clarence Branch, from Winsor Park Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow.
