  Obituary: Lea Ellen Miller October 7, 1958 - January 27, 2013 Lea Ellen Miller, age 54, passed away on January 27, 2013. She was born on October 7, 1958 in Houston, TX. She graduated from MB Smiley High in 1977 and worked for New Caney ISD for nine years. She also was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in New Caney. She was a devoted mother, raising her three children with loving care. Lea volunteered at her children's school functions, clubs, and athletic activities, spending countless hours encouraging and guiding them in all of their endeavors. The love she held for her children could be felt by everyone she knew because she loved all of God's creatures unconditionally. Lea is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Norma Lea Lipsey and her sister, Sheila DeMaris. She is survived by her children, Nathan Ross and fiance Hailey, Christopher Miller and wife Jacey, Mark Miller, Jr. and fiance Ashleigh, Chavon Miller, and Matt Miller; grandchild, Corbin Miller; sister, Lynn Longmire and husband Dennis; sister, Lily Pafford; brother, Curtis Roane and wife Sharon; sister, Judy Carroll and husband Tommy; brother, John Lipsey and wife Barbara; sister, Paula Zetergren and husband David; brother, Howard Lipsey, Jr.; aunt, Helen Westguard; uncles, Charles "Buddy" Roane and Wilbur Roane; and numerous relatives and friends.
