Dorothy V. Hicks
SKIDMORE - Dorothy Viola Rothlisberger Hicks, a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church, died Feb. 7, 1998. She was 74.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Segelken of Skidmore; a son, Kenneth Hicks of Corpus Christi; her mother, Eunice Holubec of Beeville; two sisters, Vivian Dickinson of Beeville and Lola Dickinson of Canyon Lake; a brother, Edwin Rothlisberger of Odem; three half-brothers, Gerald Holubec of Tynan, Larry and Garry Holubec, of Skidmore; four grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Feb. 9 at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home, Beeville. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

SKIDMORE - Dorothy Viola Hicks, 74, of Skidmore, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998.
She was born April 20, 1923, in Beeville, to Eunice Isaack Holubec and the late Victor Rothlisberger. She was a homemaker and member Eastern Star and First Baptist Church.
Survivors: daughter, Barbara Segelken of Skidmore; son, Kenneth Hicks of Corpus Christi; sisters, Vivian Dickinson of Beeville and Lola Dickinson of Canyon Lake; brother, Edwin Rothlisberger of Odem; half-brothers, Gerald Holubec of Tynan and Larry Holubec and Garry Holubec, both of Skidmore; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel, the Rev. Vernon Helgren officiating.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore. Galloway & Sons Funeral Home, Beeville, 358-2512.
Pallbearers: Royce Terry, John Grohn, Carl White, Johnny Hester, Tubby Hester, Woody May and Easter Star and Masonic friends.
