  Obituary: SEYMOUR (RNS) - Maudie I. Nix, 80, of Seymour died at 11:40 p.m. Friday at Seymour Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Seymour Church of Christ. David Cox, church minister, and Charles Boren of Munday will officiate. Burial will be at the Old Seymour Cemetery, directed by Seymour Memorial Funeral Home. Born April 13, 1897, in McClellan County, she came to Seymour with her family in 1906. She married Timothy Roy Nix on June 3, 1917, at Bomarton. Mr. Nix died in 1951. Mrs. Nix was a member of Seymour Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, Hubbard Nix of Seymour and Robert Nix of Munday; two daughters, Shirley Vickers of Seymour and Alma Brown of Seymour; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Born April 13, 1897 in McClellan County, Texas, Mrs. Nix was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ. She married Timothy Roy Nix June 3, 1917 in Bomarton, Texas. He died in 1955. Mrs. Nix came to Baylor County in 1906. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Church of Christ of Seymour with David Cox, pastor, and Charles Boren, pastor of the Church of Christ of Munday, Texas, officiating. Burial was in Seymour Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Robert Nix of Munday and Hubbard Nix of Seymour; two daughters, Shirley Vickers and Alma Brown, both of Seymour; nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
