    • Obituary:

      SAREPTA, LA - Services for Mr. George Henry O'Glee, 83 will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 1988 at the New Sarepta Baptist Church where he was a member and deacon. Officiating will be the Rev. Scott Teutsch, assisted by the Rev. Guy Murphrey. Burial will follow in the Old Sarepta Cemetery with masonic graveside rites. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey Mortuary in Springhill.

      Mr. O'Glee, a native of Walker's Creek, Arkansas and a resident of Sarepta for 60 years, past away Tuesday, November 22 after a lengthy illness. Mr. O'Glee was a retired barber and a member of the Springhill Masonic lodge #348 F&AM.

      He is survived by his wife, Thelma Houseton O'Glee of Sarepta; three sons and daughters-in-laws, George Donald and Pam O'Glee of Sarepta, David Wayne and Jerry O'Glee of Dallas, Texas, James Henry and Karen O'Glee of Springhill, one daughter, Dorothy Barrow of Pineville, La., one brother, Y. C. "Cliff" O'Glee of Dallas, Texas; seven grandsons, four granddaughters, two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.

      Pallbearers will be Willie Brumley, Ray Waddey, Harold Newsom, Robert Green, Roland Colvin and E. L. Edwards.

      Honorary Pallbearers will be Deacons of the New Sarepta Baptist Church and members of the Springhill Masonic Lodge.
