Notes - Obituary:
Funeral services for Rives J. Moore, 84, who died at his residence in Lake Charles on November 26, were held in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles on Wednesday, November 27.
Burial was in the cemetery at Lacassine.
Native of Rayne, he was the son of the late Gerard Moore and Emma Broussard Moore of the Rayne area. He had made his home in Lake Charles for a number of years.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes Jeanise Moore, of Lake Charles; one daughter, Riverial Browning of Scott; two sisters, Mrs. Curtis [Arise] Johnson and Mrs. Caliste [Lydia] Beard, Sr., both of Rayne; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
