    • Obituary:

Audrey Lee Greer Reinier, 92, stepped out of time into eternity to be in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior on April 30, 2020. She was born on September 14, 1927 in Peach Creek Texas where she was known as "Lady" to the late David and Lorena Greer. She was raised with ten brothers and sisters just south of Bryan-College Station, Texas. We think her father gave her that name as a little girl. Audrey is known to many in North Little Rock as "Peggy". That is what Lloyd called her, her husband of 46 years. He called her Peggy because she told him that was her name when they met. She is called "mom", "mother" and "grana" by her three children, grandchildren, and great-grand-children who love her very much. Audrey is a born-again, Christian woman who lived her life and directed her home by the Word of God. Her children rise-up and call her blessed; her husband also; and he praises her... Three children; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 one great-great-granddaughter.

She retired after 32 years as the director for the Child Care Center at Little Rock Air Force Base. She was a hard worker who worked even in her retirement years. Audrey was a member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church, was a great seamstress and enjoyed working in her yard. She was a talented cake decorator and always enjoyed making cakes for the weddings and birthdays of her family members.

Audrey was preceded in death by four sisters, two brothers; her husband, Lloyd Reinier; grandson, Jason Reinier, daughter-in-law, Phyllis Reinier and son-in-law, Bill Mathes. Survivors include three children: Fred Reinier, Wanda Mathes and Patsy Lowrey and husband Phil; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grand-children; a great-great-granddaughter; sister: Lillian Russell and brothers: Glen Greer, Sidney Greer and Kenneth Greer; as well as many extended family and friends.

Viewing will be from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, May 5 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6 at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
