Sunset
Roberta "Robin" J. Perres, age 84, passed away on December 8, 2025, at a private residence in Sunset, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She is survived by her children Larry Singletary, Sunset, LA ,Vanessa Singletary, Vesper, WI, Cherie Perres Grayson, Lecompte, LA, Michelle Perres Stanley, Hot Springs, AR, Christopher Perres, Hazel Green, AL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought joy and pride into her life. Robin was a devoted homemaker, a caring and compassionate presence to all who knew her, and an avid gardener who found joy in nurturing everything she touched. Her gentle spirit and dedication to her family will be remembered always. The family extends their sincere appreciation to Dr. Richard Hines, Laura Rivers, Mosey Kitakole, and Shivakanta Burugu for the exceptional care and kindness they provided. In accordance with Robin's wishes, a memorial service will be held in spring or early summer of 2026 at Holt Memorial Chapel in Harrison, Arkansas. She will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Brengle C. Perres, in Maplewood Cemetery.
