Sidney James "Jamie" McBride Jr.
RAYNE - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 1998, in St. Joseph Church for Sidney for Sidney James "Jamie" McBride Jr., 40, of Church Point, who died at 12:07 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, at his parents' home in Rayne.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Mr. McBride is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney J. McBride Sr. of Rayne; two brothers, Stephen McBride of Lafayette and John McBride of Rayne; two sisters, Mrs. Mark (Louise) Cannon of New Iberia and Janet McBride of Rayne; a niece, Ellie Comeaux of Rayne; and a nephew, Davy Comeaux of Rayne. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ophie Benoit and Mr. and Mrs. E.S. McBride, and a brother, Gregory McBride.
A rosary was recited at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Visitation was from 2 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, and continues from 8 a.m. until services today.

Funeral services were held Thursday, September 10, 1998 at 11 a.m., in St. Joseph Catholic Church for Sidney James (Jamie) McBride, Jr., 40, who died at 12:07 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 0 at his parents' home in Rayne.

He is survived by two brothers, Stephen McBride of Lafayette and John McBride of Rayne; two sisters, Mrs. Mark "Louise" Cannon of New Iberia and Janet McBride of Rayne; a niece, Ellie Comeaux of Rayne and a nephew, Davy Comeaux of Rayne.
