  Obituary: Joyce Vidrine, 81, of Groves passed away Sunday, February 12, 2006 at her residence in Groves. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at Broussard's in Nederland with Rev. Don Golasinski officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday with a Christian Vigil to be held at 6 PM at the mortuary. Mrs. Vidrine was a native and life long resident of Port Arthur and Groves area. She was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Groves. Mrs. Vidrine was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Leah Champagne. She is survived by her husband, Clovis of Groves; two daughters, Nanette Gans and husband Mike of Crystal Beach, and Susan McCord and husband Greg of Tacoma, Washington; one son Micha Vidrine and wife Nancy of Cedar Park; seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
