Troy Wayne Talbot
December 29, 1961 - March 18, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Troy Wayne Talbot, age 63. A native of Labelle and resident of Nederland, Mr. Talbot passed away at his residence on March 18, 2025.
Troy was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed woodworking. He prided himself on providing quality workmanship and enjoyed visiting with customers. Troy's favorite activities were going to the casino and spending time with his son.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Talbot, of Labelle; one son, Wayne Talbot and wife, Jan, of Lafayette, Louisiana; three step-grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, and Ryan; one brother, Cary Talbot and wife, Lisa, of Onalaska; one sister, Jana Talbot and companion, Clyde Sonnier, of Port Acres.
He is preceded in death by his wife of thirty-nine years, Tammy Brown Talbot, and his father, Larry James Talbot.
The family wishes to express loving thanks to Gentiva Hospice, especially his nurse Avery, for tending to Troy in his times of need.
Cremation arrangements for Mr. Talbot will be handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
