Notes - Obituary:
George E. Crow, 60, of 2437 S. Chase Lane, Denver, Colo., a former Jefferson Avenue resident, died suddenly at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at his residence.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fawcett-Oliver Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond Welch officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery at 9 a.m. Monday.
Friends may call at the funeral home from noon Sunday until the hour of the service.
A native of Campbell, Mo., he was born on April 10, 1909 to George H. and Mabel Kramer Crow.
On Jan. 2, 1943 he was married to Vernice Throckmorton who survives.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Fred (Naomi) Andra, Chillicothe, and several other relatives including a niece, Mrs. Barbara Kaiser, Chillicothe.
Mr. Crow retired in 1964 as a U.S. Treasury inspector. He was a member of the South United Presbyterian Church in Denver and Denver Lodge 5, Free and Accepted Masons.
