  Obituary: Fred E. Andra, 65, of 146 E. Seventh St. Died: 7:40 p.m., Monday, in Medical Center Hospital, following a short illness. Funeral home: Ware Funeral Home. Service: 2 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home, the Rev. Irvin Lane officiating. Calling hours: friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m., Thursday. Burial: Greenlawn Cemetery. Survivors: his widow, Naomi Crow Andra; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Paul Kysor, 2962 Brown Ave.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Miss Frances L. Andra, 189 1/2 rear S.
