  Obituary: Penny LaNelle Robbins Jan 18, 1955 - Nov 11, 2025 Baytown, TX Penny Robbins, 70, of Baytown, TX, passed away on November 11, 2025. Penny was born on January 18, 1955 to Mavis Lois (Denman) Beall & Willard Stewart Robbins (Robbie) in Houston, TX. After graduating from LaPort HS in 1973, she went on to join the Army and then the Nation Gaurd. She ended her career as a Sargent with an Honorable Discharge on May, 25th 1987. Penny's greatest achievement was having her 6 beautiful children, Steven, Angela, Toni, Dallas, Samantha and Patrick. For whom she was so proud and loved very much. We will miss her greatly. Penny was predeceased by her parents & her son Steven Chasanoff. She is survived by her brother Paul Robbins, children Angela Hopkins, Toni Hopkins-Garcia, Dallas Hopkins, Samantha Hopkins, Patrick Hopkins, her grandchildren: Taylor, Devan, Darian, Damion, Sebastian, Mia, Dallas Jr. and 5 great grandsons: Devan Jr, Gianni, John, Atreus, Asier and one on the way!
