  Obituary: PLAINVIEW - Funeral services for H.C. Hamlin, 51, of Plainview, were to be at 2 p.m. today in the Aiken Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Coffee, pastor, officiating. Burial was to be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. Hamlin, a farmer, was dead on arrival about 9 p.m. Wednesday at a Plainview hospital. Born in Howard County, he moved to Petersburg in 1953 and to Plainview in 1966. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Hale County Farm Bureau. Survivors include his wife, Mary Frances; a stepdaugther, Mrs. Bobby L. Read of Big Spring; a son, Hulan Lee of Plainview; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Monta Hamlin of Big Spring; a sister, Miss Juanita Hamlin of Big Spring; and two grandchildren.
