- Obituary:
Mary Ann Worbington Huval-Greer, 66, of Iola, died Monday afternoon at Methodist Hospital in Houston.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, August 18,2018, at Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home. Mark Failla of Faith Outreach Christian Center will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour before the services begin.
Mary was born December 12, 1951 in Houston to Frank L. "Pete" and Mary Rose Podraza Worbington. Mary was a retired operator with AT&T who enjoyed spending time with family, making crafts and enjoyed playing games on her computer. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Vance Michael Artall and a sister, Margaret Ginglewood.
Survivors include her husband Ronnie Greer of Iola; a daughter, Leahnna McCulloch and husband Jack of Huffman; a brother, Lee F. "Skip" Worbington and fiance Jody Rogers of Navasota; sisters, Patricia Kennedy of Porter, Kathy Ann Duckworth and husband Doug of Morganton, NC, June Keown and husband Keith of Calgary, Canada and Linda Svatek and husband Charles of Sugar Land; two granddaguthers, Ashley Nicole and Shelby Lynn and a great-great granddaughter, Autumn Rachel Gressett.
