Joe H. Bryant
SANTA FE - Joe H. Bryant, 62, a retired welder, died Thursday at his residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at James Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, the Rev. Bud Findley officiating.
Burial will be at Grace memorial Park in Hitchcock.
Visitors may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
Mr. Bryant was born March 5, 1925, in Seymour, Texas. He was retired from the Chicago Bridge and Iron Co. and had been a resident of Santa Fe for eight years. He was a former resident of Texas City, where he had lived for 19 years. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Air Force in Europe. Mr. Bryant was a member of Boilermaker's Local 132 and V.F.W. Post 5400.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Bryant of Santa Fe; two daughters, Betty Earline Bryant Edmundson of Houston and Barbara Ann Bryant McConnell of Santa Fe; two sisters, Etta High of Seagraves and Flora Sturgeon of Seymour; and three granddaughters.
